What we collect
We do not track you. Our website uses no analytics tools and sets no tracking cookies - we don't monitor your browsing or build a profile of you. The only information collected automatically is your IP address, held briefly (about a minute) to prevent spam submissions through our contact form, and the IP address seen by our bot-protection check (hCaptcha) when you submit the form. Neither is stored beyond that. When you contact us, we collect only the details you choose to share: your name, email address, company, and your message.
How we use it
We use analytics to improve our website. We want to know if our insights are being read and if our design makes sense. We use your contact details to communicate with you. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a meeting, we use that data to reply and manage the conversation. We do not sell your data. We do not rent it.
Why we're allowed to use your data
When you contact us, we use your details to respond to your enquiry and manage the conversation that follows - this is our legitimate interest in replying to people who reach out, and it is the basis on which you contacted us. We only ever use your information for the purpose you shared it. If we ever need your data for something else, we will ask you first.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as they remain relevant to our conversation or a potential working relationship. We do not hold data we no longer have a reason to keep. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so promptly - see "Your rights" below.
Data sharing and security
Your information stays with THAT Communications. We do not sell or rent it. We only share it with the trusted providers that make our business run, and only so they can perform their function: Resend - delivers the email when you submit our contact form. hCaptcha - checks that form submissions come from a real person, not a bot (it receives your IP address for this). Vercel - hosts our website and processes page requests. Google Workspace - receives and stores the emails you send us. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations and cannot use your data for their own purposes. Because they operate internationally, your information may be processed on servers outside the UAE and the EU. We take reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Your rights
You own your data. You can ask us to show you what we have. You can ask us to correct it. You can tell us to delete it entirely. Just send a message to talk@thatcomms.net.
